Premium sushi meets a warm atmosphere and friendly customer service in the newly opened SUNY Sushi. Open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., SUNY serves a full menu of Japanese fare. With large portions and reasonable prices, SUNY serves fresh sushi and has a diverse menu. From appetizers like edamame and their best-selling crab calamari to their popular bento boxes, fried rice, and traditional and signature sushi rolls, SUNY operates inside a food court within K Market International, an international grocery store and former K Mart location.

Included on SUNY’s menu is the Hot Fuzz signature roll, with spicy tuna, mozzarella cheese, avocado, hot chili sauce, and spicy aioli drizzle, as well as the 3 Amigo roll, with fried calamari, eel, and cucumber, topped with salmon and spicy aioli. Vegetarian rolls, hand rolls, and meals for two are also available.

SUNY Sushi uses the freshest ingredients to build their basic and specialty rolls, all of which are available for dine-in, delivery, and takeout.
