A free street festival to bring people together to celebrate the community’s diversity and highlight local restaurants and businesses- Taste of Annandale. The Taste of Annandale will feature restaurants and food trucks, live entertainment, a 5k race, a beer garden, children’s programming, a pet contest, and much more fun! 

The highlight of Taste of Annandale is, of course, the food. Which features local restaurants, food trucks, breweries, and wineries. 

A great way to prepare for all that food is participating in the Taste of Annandale 5k. This race is officially certified, so serious runners can use this race as a qualifier for other races. Before the race begins, a local fitness instructor will lead some warm-up exercises. 

The course will head down Columbia Pike to Mason District Park, go through the park, and return along Columbia Pike back to the starting point. Additionally, all participants will receive a t-shirt and bib. Registration is $30 for adults and $20 for those up to age 14. The costs will increase by $5 after April 9.

The 2023 Taste of Annandale is scheduled for April 29, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., with the 5k starting at 9:30 am, along Tom Davis Drive in the heart of the community.
